Dwayne was the first pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He was ordained in 2007. The church is also the pastor's director in the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping future generations of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has published a variety of articles online and is a contributing author for Christ-Centered Bible counseling: Change Lives With God's Inexpensible Truth. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne has three children with his spouse Leslie.
